Further changes in arrangements in the Equity Division
The Supreme Court has announced further changes to the List Judges appointed to the Equity Division's Corporations List, the Commercial List and the Technology & Construction List.
The changes are as follows:
Corporations List Judge
19 March 2012 to 4 May 2012 Hammerschlag J
7 May 2012 to 14 December 2012 Brereton J
Commercial List Judge and Technology & Construction List Judge
19 March 2012 to 4 May 2012 McDougall J
7 May 2012 to 21 September 2012 Hammerschlag J
24 September 2012 to 14 December 2012 McDougall J
The above arrangements supercede those previously announced on 9 December 2011.
