Fee changes effective from 1 January 2013
The Civil Procedure Regulation 2012 has been amended and several Supreme Court filing fees will increase from 1 January 2013.
The attached spreadsheet summarises which filing fees have changed.
An amended schedule of filing fees has also been published on the Court's website.
To allow legal practitioners and litigants time to adjust their practices, the Court will continue to accept any old filing fees received before 5pm on Friday, 11 January 2013.
However, any payments made after this time must be made in accordance with the new fee schedule and the Court will issue invoices for any balance owing.
