Update regarding upcoming probate changes
As foreshadowed in its announcement of 5 December 2012, the Court has published information about the new online advertising procedure on its website.

The Court hopes this material will help practitioners prepare for the introduction of online advertising on 21 January 2013.
The new probate forms have also been published on the Civil Forms page of the UCPR website:
http://www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/ucpr
These forms have been published ahead of the date from which they should be used (21 January 2013) to allow practitioners time to update their precedents.
