Reduction in deposit payable on transcript fees

Date:
05/13/2008

From today, the Court has reduced the deposit payable on transcript fees from $100 to $70. The Court will reimburse any clients who overpay the deposit during this transition period.
The transcript order form has been updated to reflect this change:

The $70 deposit is payable at the time a transcript order is submitted.

Once the transcript has been prepared and the final cost is known, you will still receive an invoice for any balance payment owing. If the final calculated transcript fee is less than $70, the Court will automatically refund any overpayment.

If you are unable to pay the $70 deposit, you may apply to have this requirement postponed or waived. The application form for fee postponement or waiver is available for download
    here.

Should you require any further information about this new arrangement, please contact Mark Lacey (A/Manager Client Services) on (02) 9230 8705.
