New arrangements in the Equity Division from 30 January to 29 June 2012
The Supreme Court has announced changes to the List Judges appointed to the Equity Division's Corporations List, the Commercial List and the Technology & Construction List.
The changes are as follows:
Corporations List
Justice Hammerschlag will be the Corporations List Judge from 30 January 2012 to 29 June 2012. The additional judges in the List are Justice Ward (until 13 April 2012), and Justice Black (from 16 April 012 until 29 June 2012).
Commercial List and the Technology & Construction List
Justice Bergin, Chief Judge in Equity, will be the Commercial List Judge and the Technology & Construction List Judge from 30 January 2012 to 29 June 2012. The additional judges in the List are Justice Einstein, Justice McDougall and Justice Sackar.
