On Tuesday, 22 December, the following registrars' lists will be held:

No registrars' lists will be held between Wednesday, 23 December 2009 and Tuesday, 5 January 2010.

On Wednesday, 6 January 2010, one registrar will preside over a combined list each each day at 9am to deal with matters in the Common Law Division List, the Equity General List and the Corporations List. This combined list will be held in the Law Courts Building. The courtroom in which the list will be held might change each day. Parties and their legal representatives should check the Court List each day after 3.30pm the day before their listing date to confirm the courtroom details.

No registrars' lists will be held between Thursday, 7 January and Tuesday, 12 January.

On Wednesday, 13 January 2010, one registrar will preside over a combined list each each day at 9am to deal with matters in the Common Law Division List, the Equity General List and the Corporations List. This combined list will be held in the Law Courts Building. The courtroom in which the list will be held may change each day. Parties and their legal representatives should check the Court List each day after 3.30pm the day before their listing date to confirm the courtroom details.

No registrars' lists will be held on Thursday, 14 January and Friday, 15 January 2010.

Between Monday, 18 January 2010 to Friday, 29 January 2010, the registrars will sit at the times below. The sittings will be held in various courtrooms in the Law Courts Building. Parties and their legal representatives should check the Court List each day after 3.30pm the day before the listing date to confirm the courtroom details.

Note: There are no Court of Appeal or Court of Criminal Appeal registrar sittings until after the 2010 Law Term officially starts on Monday, 1 February 2010.
