The Supreme Court Amendment (Court Fees) Regulation 2003 will commence on 1 October 2003 and will amend the fee structure in the Supreme Court.

The major changes are:

• All subpoena will be charged at the one rate. Subpoena to give evidence will be the same amount as subpoena for production ie. $106 for a corporation and $53 for an individual.
• There will now only be one after hours opening fee for the registry. The after hours fee will apply whenever the registry is required to be opened or kept opened before 9am and after 5pm on a weekday. The fee remains unchanged at $938 for a corporation and $469 for an individual
