New policy for media representatives on recording court proceedings

Date:
12/16/2009

The Chief Justice has today issued a new policy that articulates the Court's expectations of media representatives interested in recording court proceedings.

The new Media Court Reporting Policy covers the recording of both audio and visual material. It is effective immediately and replaces the Tape Recording Policy issued in 2007.

The Media Court Reporting Policy has been published on the Supreme Court Policies webpage, or you can access the Policy directly by clicking here.
