    As a valued client of the Supreme Court Registry, I would appreciate your participation in a short online survey.

    The purpose of the survey is to help understand clients' perceptions of the services the Registry provides, and identify areas for improvement.

    The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete and does not require you to reveal any personal identifying information. You can therefore complete and submit the survey anonymously.

    If you are a regular visitor to the Registry and prefer to complete a hard copy, Registry staff will be happy to supply you with a hard copy of the survey. You can then submit your completed survey by placing it in a drop off box on Level 5.

    The survey will be available for completion online or in the Registry until 3 May 2013.

    I would like to express my gratitude in advance to any clients who are able to assist the Registry by taking the time to complete the survey.

    Once analysis of the survey results has been undertaken, I will be publishing a further announcement summarising the results.
