    Message from Megan Greenwood, Chief Executive Officer and Principal Registrar of the Supreme Court of New South Wales

    A consultation paper and draft policy regarding non-party access to court records has been released for public consultation. The proposed revisions to access arrangements anticipate the implementation of a new computer system, which willis known as "CourtLink". CourtLink will enable the delivery of enhanced electronic services, including online lodgment and access; the new draft policy reflects this change.

    Please read the draft policy in conjunction with the consultation paper, as this paper contains specific details of the proposed changes and their impact on access. Your feedback with respect to the draft policy is encouraged via any of the following means, by no later than 5pm, 31 May 2004:
