New arrangements in the General Equity List Commencing on 4 June 2007 consent matters will be dealt with at the beginning of the General Equity List, immediately after referrals are taken. Anyone wishing to mention a matter by consent should inform the court officer of their intention, identify the matter by reference to its number on the list, and hand the officer their Short Minutes of Order. The court officer will inform the registrar which matters are to be mentioned by consent. Immediately after referrals the registrar will call the consent matters. Thereafter the list will proceed in numerical order.
