Court sittings during the vacation
The Court vacation commences on Saturday, 18 December 2010 and concludes on Sunday, 30 January 2011.
Throughout the vacation, there will be a duty judge available to hear urgent applications. There will also be limited bail sittings and registrar lists. The vacation sitting arrangements are detailed below.
Full court sittings will resume on Monday, 31 January 2011. Please refer to the 2011 schedule of court sittings, for details of the 2011 court term.
Urgent Duty Judge applications
The following judges are available to hear urgent applications during the 2010/11 court vacation:
Saturday 18 December 2010 – Sunday, 19 December 2010 (inclusive)

Monday 20 December 2010 - Friday 24 December 2010 (inclusive)

Saturday 25 December 2010 – Sunday 2 January 2011 (inclusive)

Registrar lists
There will be no Court of Appeal or Court of Criminal Appeal registrar lists conducted during the court vacation. These lists will resume after the official start of the 2011 Law Term on 31 January 2011.
There will be limited registrar lists conducted in the Common Law and Equity Divisions. These limited sittings are as follows:
