Changes to Probate Notice effective 1 July 2013
The Court is pleased to confirm that the changes to the Probate Notice detailed in the announcements of 7 and 21 June 2013 have been implemented.
The Online Probate Notice webpage features new content regarding the registration process, and some new functionality available in the form.
Clients may also wish to re-read the two earlier announcements regarding the benefits that should be apparent in the new version of the form.
