Registrar’ lists will operate as usual until 19 December 2008 and from 12 January 2009.

On 22 and 23 December 2008, registrars will sit at:
• 9am - combined Common Law Division List and Return of Subpoena List
• 9.15am – combined Equity General List and Corporations List.

On 6 and 9 January 2009, a registrar will sit at 9am to deal with matters in the Common Law Division List, the Equity General List, the Corporations List and the Return of Subpoena List.
