The Court is pleased to publish its Annual Review for the 2010 and 2011 calendar years:



This Annual Review is unique as, for the first time, it covers two reporting periods. The Court delayed publication of its Annual Review until such time as it could obtain meaningful and detailed caseload statistics for both the 2010 and 2011 years. The reports the Court relies upon to derive these statistics were entirely redefined following an overhaul of the Court's case management system at the end of 2009.

Now that the Court can once again extract these statistics regularly, it will revert to publishing a single report for the 2012 calendar year. The Court is currently working on the 2012 Annual Review, which will feature both a new layout and revised content. The Court will publish its 2012 Annual Review in the second half of this year.
