Credit cards accepted at the Supreme Court

    From 1 November 2009 the Supreme Court will accept American Express and Diners cards in addition to Mastercard and Visa for the payment of filing fees*, fines, court costs and victims compensation levies. At this stage, credit cards cannot be accepted for bail and surety payments, security for costs and other payments into court.

      *excluding fees on documents filed electronically. Mastercard and Visa remain the only two credit card options available in the efiling system.
