The Court will commence some sittings prior to 30 January 2006, as follows:



• up to two criminal trials will commence during the weeks of 16 and 23 January 2006;
• up to one Court of Criminal Appeal bench will sit during the weeks of 16 and 23 January 2006; and
• one Associate Judge will hear Family Provisions Act matters during the week of 23 January 2006.
