The Court wishes to advise that important details and documents in relation to class action proceedings will now be published on the Court's website.
Interested parties are advised to access the new Class Action pages via the link located on the grey navigation panel at the top of the website and at the bottom of the site. Important information, such as opt-out notices and the next listing date before the Court, will be included on these new pages.
