Mobile telephone or PDA usage by journalists in courtrooms
A new policy outlining the extent to which the media is able to use mobile phones or personal digital assistants (PDAs) in courtrooms was issued on 5 November 2008.
This policy applies to journalists who work for recognised media organisations and who can provide appropriate professional identification.
