Extension of deadline for submissions to the Review of the Costs Assessment Scheme
The Chief Justice has decided to extend the deadline for submissions to the Review of the Costs Assessment Scheme by one week.
The new closing date for submissions is Monday, 7 November 2011.
The Court is grateful to all those who have already provided submissions to the Review. Even if you have already made a submission to the Review, anyone wishing to take advantage of the extended deadline by submitting a supplementary submission is welcome to do so.
