Supreme Court policy on court attire
Supreme Court policies that outline the Court’s expectations regarding matters outside the scope of case management, can be viewed via a new link on the Practice and Procedures page.
The first policy to be issued is concerned with court attire for barristers appearing in proceedings before the Court of Appeal, Court of Criminal Appeal, Common Law Division, Equity Division and barristers' attire at ceremonial sittings of the Supreme Court.
