The Chief Justice, the Honourable TF Bathurst AC, on 1 December 2016, re-issued Practice Note SC EQ 1 – Case Management in the Equity General List.

The Practice Note commences operation on 1 December 2016 and replaces the previous version of SC Eq 1 that was issued on 26 July 2011.

This Practice Note applies to all cases in the Equity Division General List that are case managed by the Registrar in Equity.
