Supreme Court Rules (Amendment No 381) 2003 under the Supreme Court Act 1970 The Supreme Court Rule Committee made the following rules of court under the Supreme Court Act 1970 on 20 October 2003. Steven Jupp Secretary of the Rule Committee Explanatory note The object of these Rules is to amend Schedule E (Powers of registrars) to the Supreme Court Rules 1970 to permit a registrar to exercise the powers of the Court under section 500 (2) of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth. That provision relates to the granting of leave to proceed against a company after the passing of a resolution for voluntary winding up.
