The Supreme Court Rule Committee made the following rules of court under the
Supreme Court Act 1970 on 17 March 2003.

Explanatory note
The object of these Rules is to update the titles of Forms 98A and 99 in Schedule F to
the Supreme Court Rules 1970.

1 Name of Rules
These Rules are the Supreme Court Rules (Amendment No 372)
2003.
2 Amendment of Supreme Court Rules 1970
The Supreme Court Rules 1970 are amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(Rule 2)
[1] Schedule F Forms
Omit “(Affidavit negativing existence of de facto spouse)” from
Form 98A.
Insert instead “(Affidavit showing deceased had no de facto spouse)”.
[2] Schedule F, Form 99
Omit “(Affidavit negativing existence of de facto wife or de facto
husband)”.
Insert instead “(Affidavit showing deceased had no de facto spouse)”.
[3] Schedule F, Index of Forms
Omit the matter relating to Forms 98A and 99.
Insert instead:
98A. Affidavit showing deceased had no de facto spouse (P 78, r 24A (2) (c)).
99. Affidavit showing deceased had no de facto spouse (P 78, r 25 (2) (f)).
