Practice Note SC GEN 06 - Mediation
The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, has today re-issued Practice Note SC Gen 6 – Mediation.
The Practice Note commences operation 9 March 2018, and it replaces the previous PN issued 10 March 2010.
The purpose of this PN is to explain the Court’s mediation procedures and its expectations of parties in proceedings that have been referred to mediation.
