The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, has today re-issued Practice Note SC Eq 9 – Commercial Arbitration List.
The Practice Note commenced operation on 26 September 2019.
The amendments relate to formatting issues only.
It is attached in PDF and Word versions below, and has been referred for web publication and gazettal.
