Practice Note No. 113
REPEALED Practice Note No.113 - Direction under s52 (formerly s16A) of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986
The former section 16A of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 has recently been renumbered as section 52 and accordingly references to section 16A in Practice Note 98 should now be read as references to section 52.
