The Chief Justice, the Honourable TF Bathurst AC, on 15 December 2016, re-issued Practice Note SC CL 2 – Criminal Proceedings.

This Practice Note commenced operation on 15 December 2016 and replaces the previous version that was issued 17 December 2015.
