The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, re-issued Practice Note SC Eq 3 – Commercial List and Technology & Construction List, on 23 September 2019. It replaces the previous version of the Practice Note issued 10 December 2008.

It commences operation 23 September 2019.

The amendments relate to changes to the filing of documents and correction of some typographical errors, all contained in Annexure 3.
