Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all casual employees and all employees who transfer from casual to permanent employment and part time employees after the commencement date of this agreement employed by the Sutherland Shire Council within the Council's Shire Services and Infrastructure Directorates listed under Schedule 1 of the agreement, who fall within the coverage of the Local Government (State) Award 2020. The agreement shall not apply to all employees who commenced employment on a permanent basis prior to the commencement date of this Agreement..
