VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (d), of clause 9, Wages, of the award published 9 November 2001 (329
I.G. 318), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(d) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of
2005. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any
equivalent over-award payment, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Cases, and
minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete Tables
1A and 1B - Weekly Rates - Industry/Skill Level A of Part B, Monetary Rates,
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
