1.         Delete subclause 49.1 of clause 49, Area, Incidence and Duration, of the award published 25 October 2019 (385 I.G. 252) and Insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

49.1     This award applies to staff members of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal as defined in clause 3, Definitions of this award.

 

2.         Delete Part B Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
