General Information
- Aboriginal Victims of Crime Interagency Forum is a report about the forum held on 13 March 2001 by the Aboriginal Justice Advisory Council in partnership with the Victims of Crime Bureau concerning Aboriginal victims of crime. You can view the report in text-only format.
- Information for you is a pamphlet which provides information about common trauma responses for victims of crime and assists victims of crime to access services. You can view the pamphlet in .pdf and text-only format.
- Coping with Sleeplessness is a four page information sheet with information to help victims of crime cope with sleeplessness and there is included a list of agencies that provide suppot. You can view this information sheet in Word Format.
- Coping with Witnessing a Traumatic Event is a one page fact sheet with information to help cope with witnessing a traumatic event. You can view this fact sheet in Word format.
- Helping Children Cope with Trauma is a four page information sheet outlining ways to help children to cope with trauma and includes a list of agencies that can provide support. You can view this information sheet in Word format.
- Listen Up - Information for Young People is a pamphlet in cartoon format which gives information about the Charter of Victims Rights for young people. You can view this pamphlet in .pdf format.
- Victims of Crime Chronicle is a quarterly newsletter which keeps service providers informed of updates and information about support and services for victims of crime. Select this link to view the Chronicle in a number of formats.
- Victims of Crime website provides advice and information for victims of crime in NSW. Select this link to go the Victims of Crime website. You can view a poster promoting the site in A3 or A5 for your workplace. - Victims Speak is a booklet based on the results of the victims of crime phone-in held on 30 and 31 March 2001 by the Victims of Crime Bureau in partnership with Mission Australia. You can view this booklet in .pdf format.
- Victim Support Line is an A3 poster written in Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Greek which promotes the Victim Support Line to victims of crime from a non-English speaking background. This is not available to view on-line but can be obtained from the Victims of Crime Bureau.
- What now? is a booklet which provides an introduction to support and services available for victims of crime in NSW. You can view this booklet in .pdf and text-only format.

Court
- Your Day in Court is a video and booklet which provides information for victims of crime preparing to be a witness in court. This is also available on audiotape. You can view the booklet using the web browser or in .pdf format.
- Access to Court Documents - Information for Victims of Crime If you have been a victim of crime and there were criminal proceedings against the offender, you may be able to access Court documents in those court proceedings. You may be entitled to fee free access to judgments and written evidence in those proceedings in which you are concerned. You can view this document in Word format.
- Sentencing Information Package is a booklet jointly produced by the Victims of Crime Bureau and the Criminal Law Review Division to assist victims of crime in understanding the sentencing process. You can view this document in .pdf or text-only format.
Families and Friends of Missing People
- Information for you is a brochure which describes feelings that are common to someone with a relative or friend missing, suggests ways to help you and lists services that are available to support you. You can view the brochure here in Word document or as a brochure in pdf format.

Service Provider Information
- Victims of Crime Bureau Information Kit is a folder which provides information to service providers about the role of the Victims of Crime Bureau.
- Standards for Counselling is a service manual which provides information for services which provide counselling to victims of crime.
- Standards for Court Support is a service manual which provides information for services which provide court support to victims of crime.
The above service provider information is not yet available to view on-line but can be obtained from the Victims of Crime Bureau.
- Raising the Standards is a training package provided for agencies that assist victims of crime. The package is available on CD-ROM. For more information go to Raising the Standards.
- The Charter of Victims Rights Resource Kit is available to view on-line and was developed as a guide to agencies on the best practice to be followed in relation to the Charter.
Submissions to Parole Board
- Submissions concerning offenders in custody is an information package about making submissions to the Department of Corrective Services. You can view this package in .pdf or text-only format.
Victim Impact Statements
- Victim Impact Statement information package provides information for victims of crime about making a victim impact statement. You can email your request for a package to be sent to you by the Victims of Crime Bureau, or you may view the information on-line by selecting here.
