Does the act of violence involve `violent conduct' ? Violent conduct must have been committed against the primary victim. Compensation cannot be awarded if there was no violent conduct.


where did the act of violence occur?
The act of violence must have happened within New South Wales.
(As the Victims Support and Rehabilitation Act 1996 is an Act of the New South Wales Parliament, it only covers acts of violence committed within the boundaries of New South Wales)
