Options to Achieve Objectives

7. OPTIONS TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES

This Regulatory Impact Statement examines three options for the remaking of the Regulation.

    i. Do nothing. This would mean that no new Regulation is made when the Regulation is repealed;
      ii. Remake the existing Regulation without change; and
        iii. Remake the existing Regulation and restructure the fees (preferred option)
