Approach Taken in this Regulatory Impact Statement
2. APPROACH TAKEN IN THIS REGULATORY IMPACT STATEMENT

The RIS then considers the rationale for collecting information and charging fees. It then examines the options of the remaking the Regulation, which comprise allowing the Regulation to lapse, remaking the existing Regulation and, the preferred option of remaking the Regulation and restructuring the fees.
