Appendix 14 - Complaint Handling


The Community Relations Division has been progressing work on the development of a client feedback policy to assist departmental staff and clients determine appropriate responses to comments on service delivery and to assist in policy development and strategic planning for the Department.

It is anticipated that a consultant will be engaged by the Department to further the development of a policy and to assist in the provision of expertise on this important initiative.
