Differential Case Management

Differential Case Management was commenced in 1994 by Practice Note 81 for a trial period and, following its success, was extended and modified in 1995 by Practice Notes 87 and 88.

Practice Note 88 was restricted to proceedings commenced before 1 January 1998. Practice Note 88 (as modified by Practice Notes 94 and 95) is hereby extended to include proceedings commenced on or after 1 January 1998.
