PROBATE DIVISION

A General List for contested Probate proceedings has been established. Those cases previously in the General List of the Equity Division have been transferred to this list. A call-over of all such cases will be held by the Registrar in Equity on 12 April 1989.

In future, applications for expedition of such proceedings should be made to the Probate Judge.
