PRACTICE NOTE NO 83 Filing Affidavits The Rules relating to the filing of documents the subject of Practice Note No 40 have been altered in respect of the filing of affidavits as from 1 January 1995. Attention is drawn to the substituted rule 6 of Part 38 of the Supreme Court Rules.
