New work practices for NSW civil jurisdictions

    In December 2009, JusticeLink was implemented in the Supreme Court's civil jurisdiction. JusticeLink and electronic services will soon be implemented District and Local Courts' civil jurisdiction. These developments will enable a review of work practices to benefit users and the courts. The attached document sets out a number of proposed new work practices for the Supreme, District and Local courts once electronic services become available.

    The Court is seeking public comment on the draft practices outlined in this
    document. Feedback on these and any other aspects of the draft practices, should reach the court by Friday, 19 March 2010. The feedback should be addressed to:
