The Court is proposing to streamline access to documents produced under subpoena. A new practice note - Practice Note SC Gen 17 Supreme Court - Subpoenas - has been drafted for this purpose.

The Court is seeking feedback on the proposed changes and any other aspects of the draft Practice Note. Any feedback should reach the Court by Friday, 16 July 2010. Feedback should be addressed to:
