Online directions hearings through JusticeLink will be introduced in the Family Provision List from May 2009.

At this stage, only legal practitioners will be eligible to participate in online directions hearings.

Legal practitioners can register to participate in online directions hearings by completing a JusticeLink eServices new user application form. The forms are available in Court 7A and on the Supreme Court website under the Administrative Forms link.

Information sessions about online hearings will be held in Court 7A at 1.30pm on 14, 21 and 28 April 2009.
