Changed Supreme Court registrar sitting times & venues from 1 February 2010

Registrar sitting and return of subpoena arrangements will change from 1 February 2010.
Key changes:
the Common Law list will be conducted in courtroom at the Supreme Court, Queens Square instead of at the Land & Environment Court
the Corporations list will be conducted at the Land & Environment Court instead of at the Industrial Relations Commission
the Family Provision List will be conducted at the Supreme Court, Queens Square instead of at the Industrial Relations Commission
all return of subpoena list matters will be listed before the Corporations registrar until further notice (instead of before the Equity and Common Law Case Management registrars)
List times & venues from 1.2.10 The Court of Appeal referrals list will commence on Mondays at 9am in the courtroom to be used by the Court of Appeal referrals judge. Check the court list for the courtroom allocation.
