Changed Supreme Court registrar sitting times & venues from 1 November 2009

Due to reduced courtroom availability during Law Courts building refurbishment works, registrar sitting and return of subpoena arrangements will change from 1 November 2009, as set out below. It is expected that these arrangements will be in place for three years.
Key changes:
all morning registrar courts will commence at 9am
the Common Law and Equity lists will be conducted in courtrooms at the Land & Environment Court (225 Macquarie St, Sydney) and the Corporations List will be conducted in a courtroom at the Industrial Relations Commission (47 Bridge St, Sydney)
Probate and Court of Appeal referral lists will commence on Mondays in the courtrooms to be used by the Probate List judge and the Court of Appeal referrals judge (please see the court list on the day prior for courtroom allocations)
the fortnightly CCA directions hearing will be conducted in Law Courts courtroom 1A, Darlinghurst or King St
return of subpoena list matters will be distributed between the lists (Court of Appeal subpoenae will be returned to the Court of Appeal list, Common Law, and Crime subpoenae will be returned to the Common Law list, Equity subpoenae will be returned to the Equity list)
the court list should be checked for special fixture courtroom allocations.
