Fair Trading Tribunal of New South Wales Chairperson's Direction Number CD1/99 Service of Application under section 10(3) Date:04/14/1999 Pursuant to s10(3) of the Fair Trading Tribunal Act 1998, I, KEVIN PATRICK O’CONNOR, Chairperson of the Fair Trading Tribunal of New South Wales (the Tribunal), issue the following Directions until further direction. 99/0001 The Registrar may serve a copy of each application lodged with the Tribunal on each of the parties to the proceedings, in addition to the modes of service provided in Reg 37(2) of the Fair Trading Tribunal Regulation 1999, in the following manner: (a) In the case of a natural person – by sending the copy of the application by prepaid post to the residential address or business address or other address for service of the person that was last known or advised to the Registrar; or (b) in the case of a body corporate – by sending a copy of the application by prepaid post to the head office, a registered office or a principal office of the body corporate; or (c) in the case of a Government Department – by sending a copy of the application to any office of that Department addressed to the head of the Government Department.
