Raising the Standards - Implementing the Charter of Victims Rights
Raising the Standards is a training package provided for agencies that assist victims of
crime.
The training aims to increase staff awareness and knowledge of the Charter of Victims Rights and to support implementation of the
Charter in the agency’s service provision.
The package is available on CD-ROM and includes:

Set of Trainer's notes

Copy of Charter of Victims Rights
