Important Information for Restitution Defendants - As a restitution defendant, you will always get a better result or outcome to a restitution matter if you engage in the restitution process, even if for no other reason than to tell your side of the story. You may have pleaded guilty to the offence that led to the restitution proceedings and may not have been able to to say what happened from your point of view. The Director and/or the Tribunal will listen to you.
