Schedule of Injuries
The Schedule of Injuries is a list of the injuries and the amounts of compensation payable for each of the injuries for which you may receive compensation through the Victims Support and Rehabilitation Act 1996.
In general, you will not receive an award of compensation for injuries that do not appear in the Schedule of Injuries. For example, bruising and lacerations are not injuries listed in the Schedule.
The Schedule of Injuries is a complete list of all compensable injuries.
Application for compensation by family members of a deceased victim do not need to refer to the Schedule of Injuries. Injury does not have to be proved by family victims.
