The Greater Metro Domestic Violence Action Group (GMDVAG) is made up of representatives from both the Auburn and Strathfield LGA’s.
GMDVAG is currently developing a DV awareness program that will provide ethno-specific workshops to parents of primary school students and will seek their involvement through children’s participation in a drawing/colouring in competition with the theme of “happy families”.
An exhibition of the artworks will be launched at both councils in November and December.
